I did not look into it, but the parent pom has a <modules> section. You have to include the new plug-in there.

We have added a new plug-in under the R4E folder
(org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.ldap),
I have added a corresponding pom.xml file.. However the build does not
seem to pick it up.
The parent pom does not make specific references to the plug-ins but
the actual folder container.
Any ideas of what may be missing, to make it visible to the build ?
