[mylyn-reviews-dev] Gerrit connector update

Hi,
I pushed some changes for the Gerrit connector recently that make
review comments and the current patch set visible in the task editor.
I added a few more features and started merging some of the annotation
model code from the Atlassian contribution. Here is a quick summary of
the changes:
* com.google.gerrit.prettify and com.google.gson are now in Git.
Since all dependencies are approved we are ready to setup a Husdon
build and update site (bug 334475).
* Once a new Orbit S-build is available we should consume all
libraries from there and I'll delete them from git again.
* Authentication against the default authentication service (e.g.
egit.eclipse.org), HTTP auth and test repositories is supported.
* Files from the latest patch set can be opened in the compare editor
and comments are shown in a ruler.
Have a great summit in Germany next week! Unfortunately I won't be
able to join but I'll be watching Bugzilla for updates :).
