As discussed on this bug we would like to proceed with the creation of a
Mylyn Versions connector for Subclipse:

The connector will implement the Mylyn Versions SPI to make change sets,
Subclipse managed projects and other Subclipse artifacts available through
the team provider agnostic Versions API. Similar to other Mylyn Versions
connectors the Subclipse connector implementation will mainly provide data
model mappings, mappings for repository operations and reusable UI
components.

Since Subclipse is not an Eclipse.org project we are seeking PMC approval
for a works-with dependency on the following features that are licensed
under the EPL:

 org.tigris.subversion.subclipse

If the PMC agrees that this constitutes a work-with dependency I'll let
the IP team know to record this in the IP log of the Mylyn Versions
project.
