Fine by me if we can keep the tools CVS and download locations around
for a while longer. Older Eclipse's point to the tools update sites
and in case we need to do an unexpected maintenance build we would
need to build some stuff from the old CVS.

We should have migrated pretty much everything. The only thing still
active under tools.mylyn is our news group. I have filed a bug to get
that moved:

 338301: rename tools.mylyn newsgroup to mylyn
