[mylyn-integrators] Mylyn Commons restructuring complete

Hi,

all pending changes for the Mylyn Commons restructuring have now been
pushed to master:

 305782: restructure Mylyn Commons features
 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305782

I have summarized the (API) changes here and linked the relevant bugs:

If you have Mylyn Commons checked out I recommend deleting these
bundles from the workspace which have moved to a new location:

 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.http
 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.identity
 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.notifications
 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.repositories
 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.team
 org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.ui.identity

Then import all new projects from the org.eclipse.mylyn.commons repository.
