[mylyn-integrators] 3.3.1 release

As discussed on today's conference call we are planning to do a 3.3.1
maintenance release early next week to make important bug fixes
available to downstream consumers who include Mylyn in Eclipse based
distributions. The maintenance release will not include any API
enhancements and very minor changes to internals that are not expected
to affect Mylyn extensions.
The release will be build from head except for WikiText which will be
build against the 3.3.0 release tag (i.e. 3.3.1 will include WikiText
1.2.0). The reason is that API enhancements have been applied to
WikiText since the last release and the version has been increased to
1.3.0 which would require a full release review. The latest WikiText
version is of course available from the weekly site and will be part
of the next major 3.4.0 release.
Please let me know if you have any objections or thoughts on the 3.3.1 release.
