[mylyn-integrators] Attaching context without comment

Hi,

I'm working on a repository where there can be only one comment at any  
time, so we made that readonly and will later make it editable.
We're adding a table to store context attachments, but the  
AttachmentHandler never get called for uploadAttchment() even though  
canUploadAttachment() retuns true...

What am I missing?
