[mylyn-integrators] Attaching context to a local task

Hi,

I am trying to understand how the context is attached to a local task in 
order to add items to the context programmatically.

However, looking through the code in TaskListManager.createNewLocalTask 
I don't see where this is happening. Could someone point me in the right 
direction?
