If I recall correctly, bundle and feature version numbers are in part based on the timestamp of the Git commit for that folder.  You can see the differences here: https://hudson.eclipse.org/mylyn/view/Nightlies/job/mylyn-docs-nightly/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/org.eclipse.mylyn.docs-site/target/site/

The build is not run every night, it's based on polling the Git repository for changes.

Is there a problem?
