[mylyn-docs-dev] Vote for Committer status for David Slater was started by David Green

mylyn.docs Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that David Green has nominated
David Slater as a Committer on the mylyn.docs project. The reason given is
as follows:

Committers, All,

I'm nominating David Slater as a committer for Mylyn Docs. David has a
wealth of experience with Maven/Tycho builds. He would be a great asset to
the team especially concerning build and release management.

David Slater has been contributing to various Mylyn projects over the past
18 months, including Mylyn Docs - though many of his contributions have not
been publicly visible.
He has been helping out behind the scenes with release planning, management
and builds, assisting Sam Davis with builds and in performing Mylyn
releases. As Mylyn Docs piggy-backs off of the Mylyn release process, the
Mylyn Docs project has already benefited from David Slater's contributions.

David has also performed some troubleshooting related to git/gerrit
submodule problems: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=465138

His code contributions include:

https://git.eclipse.org/r/44134
https://git.eclipse.org/r/44135

Please join me in voting on this nomination.

Thanks,

David

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 4 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). David Slater must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

    http://portal.eclipse.org/

The project Committers eligible to vote are:

    David Green
    Steffen Pingel
    Tom Seidel
    Torkild U. Resheim

*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 120 days to
allow for processing of paperwork. After that time the election will be
expired, regardless of its current status. Should papework processing on
the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your project
lead, PMC member, or the EMO <emo@xxxxxxxxxxx>
