It is actually there:

Mylyn Tasks Connector: GitHub	6.2.0.v20230503-1231 
org.eclipse.mylyn.github.feature.feature.group	Eclipse Mylyn

I tried to install it with Oomph but it silently did not install.
If I manually install from Eclipse it installs and works fine!
