Hi,

The first RC build for Mylyn 3.11 is available from http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/drops/3.11.0/v20140218-2332/

A major change in this build is that task repository credentials are now stored in the secure storage instead of the keyring.

If you find any problems, please open bugs or let me know.
