[mylyn-dev] Maintaining multiple target files

Hi,

I've noticed that the the Mylyn project maintains multiple target
files at https://git.eclipse.org/c/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn.git/tree/org.eclipse.mylyn-target
.

I'm curious whether these files are auto-generated from a common base,
for instance mylyn-dev-e4.3.target is a merge of mylyn-e4.3.target and
some other features, or if they are simply maintained manually.
