It looks like it's synced up now. Please let us know if installing/aggregating from eclipse.org still fails.

it seems the mylyn p2 repository was only unavailable for my local laptop, the aggregation build succeeded.

I just retried and now also the local validation succeeds.

I believe the kepler aggregator always goes directly to download.eclipse.org and is not affected by the automatic redirect so it may produce slightly different results than a local aggregator build.

 

Where can I find the p2 repository created by the latest succeeded aggregation build

The build log lists the correct JGit and EGit IUs with version 3.0.0.201306101825-r but I can't

find them in the staging repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging

AFAIK these aren't published unless the build is promoted to staging. I did find a repo under [1] though that looked like it had the latest (but it's not mirrored or anything so I would only use it for verification).
