[mylyn-dev] proposed change to commit comment template

Hi,

as discussed on bug 370038, I would like to propose that we set the
following commit template for all Mylyn plugin and feature projects to
ensure consistent commit messages, to improve readability and to
provide better integration with other Git related tooling :

  ${task.key}: ${task.summary}

  Bug: ${task.key}
  Task-Url: ${task.url}
