So how do we deal with this on the Mylyn project?  Can we manually trigger the Hudson Gerrit job by adding a parameter GERRIT_REFSPEC as suggested here, or do we just run the unit tests locally in our workspace?  If using the GERRIT_REFSPEC, what value would we set it to?
