[mylyn-dev] IP log approved, e_3_8_m_3_7_x branch created

Hi,

the IP log for the Mylyn 3.7 release has been approved and the release
review is scheduled for March 14. The release is planned for the
following Wednesday on March 21 which coincides with Juno M6.

I have created an e_3_8_m_3_7_x branch in all repositories. Weekly
builds (and 3.7.x release builds) will be provided from that branch
until the release is out. If you have any bugfixes for the 3.7.x
stream please commit them to the branch and master or tag bugs as
[backport] and I'll do it.
