[mylyn-dev] new plug-ins

I added a number of new bundles and features to improve modularity.
Once the Eclipse.org Hudson recovers we should have working nightly
builds for each sub-project that are trigged on commit and consume
dependencies from the other nightly builds:

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/user/spingel/my-views/view/Mylyn%20Nightly/

If you are running bootstrapped and have Mylyn Context checked out I
highly recommend importing this bundle:

  org.eclipse.mylyn.context/org.eclipse.mylyn.context.tasks.ui

The bundles bridges tasks to context. Without it, some functionality
such as time tracking or task contexts stop working. This bug and its
subtasks describe the changes in more detail:
