If you are using git over ssh I highly recommend to setup public key
authentication: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Git#Setting_up_ssh_keys . I
find myself dropping back to the command line everyonce in a while and
key based authentication saves a lot repetitive typing of the
password.

If scp does not work for you committer account, please contact the
webmasters. They can temporarily enable a full shell for your account
for the purpose of copying the key.
