I have made the Git repositories that I created from CVS available here for testing: https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn.commons https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn.context https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn.incubator https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks https://github.com/spingel/org.eclipse.mylyn.versions Details are on bug 329561 and migrations scripts are in org.eclipse.mylyn.releng/git-migrations. On a high level I made the following choices: * Large files that were in the attic were removed from the history. * Qualifier tags (v..., I...) used in map file builds were removed. The total size of all repositories is less than 50 MB. Please take a look and check if all expected files, branches, tags etc. are present. If I don't hear any objections I will ask the webmasters to put CVS in read-only mode next Tuesday and re-run the migration scripts.. I apologize for posting the testing repositories on github. I do not have permission to create Git repositories for Mylyn at the moment but the final repositories will of course be available on Eclipse.org under /gitroot/mylyn.
