[mylyn-dev] 3.5.x branch created

As discussed on today's call I have branched the CVS and git
repositories for the 3.5 release. The name of the branch is
"e_3_7_m_3_5_x" in all repositories.

The mylyn-release Hudson job will build against the branch while test
and nightly builds will continue to execute against head / master.

I will update release versions as following in the next couple of days:

 Mylyn Builds: 0.8
 Mylyn Commons: 3.6
 Mylyn Docs: 1.5
 Mylyn Context: 3.6
 Mylyn Incubator: 3.6  (not released but follows the standard cycle
for simplicity)
 Mylyn Reviews: 0.8
 Mylyn Tasks: 3.6
 Mylyn Versions: 0.8


Please feel free to commit changes for 3.6 which is planned for June
22 (Indigo) to head / master.
