[mylyn-dev] reformatting of sources

As noted on bug 316233, the behavior of the Eclipse code formatter
changed in the 3.6 cycle. This regularly causes formatting changes to
end up in patches and commits which slows down reviews and makes
tracking of changes more difficult.

I would like to apply the current set of formatting rules to the
entire code base *later today* to fix this before the Mylyn 3.5
release (we have very few outstanding patches at the moment).

The impact will be the addition of line breaks in several Java files.
