[mylyn-dev] 3.5 release schedule

We are rapidly approaching the planned release date for Mylyn 3.5 on March 16th. 

Today I submitted the IP log for each of the 7 sub-projects (excluding Mylyn Incubator). That means we need to postpone applying contributions until after the release is out or put them on a branch so they don't end up in the distribution. Committers, please keep that in mind when (not) applying patches.

The schedule in the project plan at http://eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=mylyn#release_milestones is slightly outdated so I say we skip RC1 and declare tomorrow's weekly build to be RC2, followed by RC3 next Wednesday and RC4 on March 9th.

The release deliverables are listed in the project plan at http://eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=mylyn#release_deliverables and most of them are available from the weekly site already. We are still missing some of the framework and SDK features though. I plan to add those with the next build and also make some changes to the update site structure as outlined on this bug:

Feature ids will stay the same so those changes won't affect users updating.
