Yes, that module moved from /cvsroot/tools/org.eclipse.mylyn to
/cvsroot/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn.commons .

I'll post an updated psf file once we have figured out how to move the
remaining bundles to the new cvs location (bug 332722).

Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we'll be able to complete this
migration soon.
