Hi,

I have contacted Wayne from the Eclipse Management Organization (EMO)
to get the sub-project provisioning under way. Progress is tracked on
this bug and its subtasks:

 328393: provision Mylyn sub projects
 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=328393

The plan is to start with the Builds and Versions projects before
moving Commons, Context, Docs, Incubator and Tasks. The proposed
project structure is documented on the Wiki:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/Restructuring .

Please feel free to chime in on the discussion or ask questions.
