Wayne attached is a ZIP that contains the Project proposal.
Included are the following: 1. ProjectProposal.xml - a generic DocBook XML file that can be used by others in the future to create Project Proposals. 2. projectpropoals-docbook.xsl - an XSLT stylesheet that uses "The DocBook Project"'s XSL stylesheet for HTML to generate the HTML version of a proposal. 3. VexProjectProposal.xml - The DocBook format of the project proposal for Vex. 4. VexProjectProposal.html - the HTML generated version of the proposal for Vex. The VexProjectPropsoal was created using Vex to edit and create the documents. It also used the Web Tools XSL Tools plugins to run the transformation to output the HTML formatted version. Please let me know if we need anything else added to this or if we need to tweak the generated HTML at all.
