The hyperlink detector is working if the UI Experiments feature is
installed but a prefix such as "java class" is required:

I looked into generalizing it and moving it to the tasks.ui but I was
worried that dropping the prefix would conflict with repository
specific hyperlinks, e.g. links to Trac wiki pages which also use
CamelCase.
