[mylyn-dev] plug-ins added

Three new plug-ins have been added to the 3.4 stream. Committers,
please check out these plug-ins from head:

 org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.search
 sandbox/org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.sandbox.ui
 sandbox/org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.sandbox-feature

The psf and map files have been updated accordingly. More details can
