Hi Olivier,

Restructuring and creation proposals are a bit odd in the sense that they
often involve company-internal discussions necessary to get resources lined
up around committing additional resources to a project.  We also had an
ongoing gdiscussion about the restructuring on the weekly committer call
where we stayed updated and had others, such as the ReviewClipse, join in.
We now have until April 7th to consume feedback for the proposal, since
that's when the review of the proposal happens.  So please don't be shy with
asking any questions that you may have and posting those on:
