[mylyn-dev] new plug-ins

Three new plug-ins have been added to the Mylyn CVS.

Make sure to check out this plug-in if you have Mylyn tests checked
out in your workspace:

 org.eclipse.mylyn.tests.util

This plug-in now hosts performance tests:

 org.eclipse.mylyn.tests.performance

If you have org.eclipse.mylyn.ide.capabilities checked out, make sure
to also get this plug-in which contains categories and enablement
expressions:

 sandbox/org.eclipse.mylyn.ide.dev
