[mylyn-dev] Re: SDK and CSS

Since WikiText has recently moved to it's own top-level node in the
help contents and there are strong use-cases for WikiText without
Mylyn I think it's reasonable to have a separate WikiText SDK feature.

The only advantage I see in a single SDK feature is that it's provides
a one click install option that includes everything similar to how the
Webtools project provides a Web Developer SDK. I think we can still
provide that option later by creating another SDK feature that
includes all other features.

We can discuss this in more detail on tomorrow's call since we'll also
have to decide where to put this on the Galileo site.
