Re: [mylyn-dev] password storage

Rob,

Strangely the cvs plugin is still using the old method to store the proxy passwords. But it is using the SecurePreferencesFactory to store the cvs server passwords. Also, I am pretty certain that Subclipse is not using new api introduced in Eclipse 3.4

 regards,
 Eugene

fyi, I believe Mylyn is still using the keystore (for backwards

migration to the e3.4 secure storage mechanism:

It uses the same store as the Team/CVS plugin.

Hi

Where and how does Mylyn store repository and HTTP passwords and how
does this compare to the way Eclipse stores CVS and SVN passwords?

Cheers
