I can not provide any first hand experience for using Trac 0.11 with Mylyn. Unit tests are running successfully against a dev build of 0.11. All reported know bugs and limitations are tracked on this report and its subtasks:

I recently saw this post on the news group which describes problems when querying for newly created tickets with version 0.11 but I have not investigated this:
