Through countless patches that have provided major improvements to the
Bugzilla connector that we all use, Frank has demonstrated the benefit that
he will provide to the project as a committer.  It\'s great to see a Mylyn
user become this involved with making the tool better for everyone.  I\'m
very much look forward to Frank earning his commit rights and becoming even
more closely involved with Mylyn and Eclipse.
