Helen Bershadskaya as a Committer on the tools.mylyn project. The reason

I nominate Helen Bershadskaya for commit rights on the XPlanner component
of the Mylyn project. Helen was one of the main contributors of the
XPlanner implementation and has demonstrated her interest and ability in
maintaining the XPlanner component. She has attended the weekly
development calls regularly and always responded quickly to user and
integrator feedback. Her communication on bugs and track record of fixes
speaks for itself.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 3 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Because there are three or fewer existing Committers, they must
all vote and vote +1 for a successful election.
