[mylyn-dev] Commit rights for Eugene Kuleshov have been expired

Mik Kersten has expired the commit rights for Eugene Kuleshov (ekuleshov). 
The reason for this change is:

The Mylyn committers would like to extend their thanks to Eugene Kuleshov
for all of his contributions on the Mylyn project.  Eugene resolved 174
bugs on Mylyn and contributed the popular Web Templates Connector
(previously Generic Web Connector).  Eugene has now moved on from Mylyn to
leading the popular Eclipse M2E project, which integrates the Maven build
manager with Eclipse.  You can learn more about M2E at:
