beyond having the project lead approve the commit rights, which I did with
Steffen in June. But this was never clear, so Steffen's Tasks contributions
have continued as patches and I think it's time to change that.
While we don't yet have a Eclipse Platform type process
(http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/eclipse-charter.php) for doing this, I think
that we should take a vote in order to set the right precedent
Committers: please vote on giving Steffen commit rights on the Tasks
component.
