[mylyn-dev] Eclipse.org Bugzilla 3.0 update

Eclipse.org's Bugzilla server was upgraded to 3.0 over the weekend. As 
part of this upgrade the modified date format on bugs was updated to 
include the timezone offset. This unfortunately results in false 
incoming an tasks. I've requested to have this additional information 
removed until we can make a build available to work around this issue.
