I still need to make some small updates to the download page but other than
that we are in the final stage of the final daze:

Committers: the versions are tagged, but please hold off on making any
changes until we are through tomorrow and instead please do an iteration
through the User Guide and FAQ pages for the components that you own. 

We're almost there!
