[mylyn-builds-dev] Mylyn Builds provisioned

The Mylyn Builds project is third sub-project that has been provisioned (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=328418).

Plug-ins have been moved from the Mylyn sandbox to the 
org.eclipse.mylyn.builds module in the Git repository under /gitroot/mylyn: http://git.eclipse.org/c/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn.builds.git/ . Committers, please let me know if there are any problems writing to the repository. As per usual, please follow Eclipse 
and Mylyn guidelines when committing: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/Contributor_Reference#Committers .

The mailing list is located here: https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/mylyn-builds-dev . All project committers need to subscribe to this list.

Please feel free to file bugs under the "Mylyn Builds" product in Bugzilla.  We'll put up documentation over the next couple weeks.
