[mylar-dev] e_3_2 branch updated

In order to prevent changes in HEAD breaking our 3.2 branch I have branched
all of the remaining projects in the Eclipse 3.2 project set to the e_3_2
branch.  The easiest way to get these changes is to check out the updated
project set which should build with no errors or warnings:
