[mylar-dev] dev builds for 2.0M1

The download servers were not providing new downloads for the past 30 hours
or so (due to the Callisto/3.2.2 release) but are back now.  So we finally
have our latest 2.0M1 builds ready for download via:
* http://download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/dev  
* http://download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/dev/e3.2

Current version is 1.0.1.v20070216-0900, but an updated one will be
available in a couple of hours or so.
