[mylar-dev] new project in CVS: org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.core 
There is a new required project in CVS: org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.core

The org.eclipse.mylar.monitor plug-in has been renamed to
org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.ui, and I will send another notification when the
corresponding projects is renamed in CVS and this refactoring is done.

Note that an example monitor extension will soon be available.
