Hi Meghan:

Jim Wright jumped in and has a first attempt at splitting the package
org.eclipse.mylar.monitor apart into org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.usage and
org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.ui.  He has some testing to do and I have
created the bug. He will post his first attempt soon and hopefully his
code will save you some time.  He mentioned that he also made a few
changes to org.eclipse.mylar.monitor.reports.

I apologize if you have already started on this task, Jim just figured
it out faster than I expected.  Here is the bug (170838) for reference

I will start working on this.  I'll let Mik answer about when it would
be available, because he would (most likely) be the person applying
that patch and the person who is aware of any other constraints, but I
don't think it will take that long to create the patch.
