Yes, there is a branch called e_3_2 that has the Eclipse 3.2 specific code
in it.  Currently the only plug-in that's branched is mylar.java.  All the
feature projects are also forked.

Lubos: this is indeed the message that you will now get if you try to
install download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/e3.2 into Eclipse
3.3.  If that's not the case let us know and we'll investigate.
