[mylar-dev] friday's dev build

Note that Friday's dev (0.6.2.v20060915-1930) build contains a migration of
the tasklist and context files to a zip format.  This provides over a
magnitude decrease in file size, and as a result improves context and
tasklist read/write times (Eclipse editor activation still dominates context
activation time).  We recommend exporting your task data before updating to
this build.

If you have built up many contexts you will notice the Eclipse
initialization progress bar pause for up to a minute on the
org.eclipse.mylar.context.core plug-in while the migration is done.
