[mylar-dev] change in credentials.properties for running tests

To run tests move the credentials.properties file from mylar.bugzilla.tests
or mylar.trac.tests into mylar.context.tests.

Since multiple Connector tests require credentials to be defined, Steffen
has unified the credentials file reading.
