This release contains preliminary support for multiple Bugzilla repositories.  Bugzilla Client users need to follow the steps below to ensure correct migration:

• After updating and restarting, deactivate your active task, open the Mylar -> Task Repositories view, and re-add your previous repository using the wizard. 
• Ensure that you enter the correct Server URL by pressing the “validate” button on the corresponding dialog, since this URL will be used for the migration, then exit the workbench and restart Eclipse to complete the migration.

Thanks go to Brock Janiczak for an elegant solution to fix lazy loading of image registry, 3.2M4 detective work and patches, and a highlighter patch.  Robert Elves provided patches for the external browser integration and task editor improvements.  David Bari and Tomasz Smietanka were very helpful in setting up test bugzilla servers with alternate character encodings.  Eugene Kuleshov came up with a good idea for avoiding inducing interest on newly checked out projects.
