[mylar-dev] eclipsecon talk and tutorial

The Mylar tutorial submission to EclipseCon was been rejected, but thanks to those who voted for it.  What I was thinking we could do instead is a BoF on tips and advanced features, and put some of the "getting started" effort into improving the docs available online.
