RE: [mylar-dev] vote: new committer nomination

I'm pleased to say that following a unanimous vote from the Mylar
committers, I will now recommend Ian Bull, Chris Callendar, and
Margaret-Anne (Peggy) Storey to the Eclipse Technology PMC as committers to
the Mylar project.  On the assumption that they endorse our recommendation,
I would like to welcome Ian, Chris, and Peggy to the Mylar team!
